Fan Motors
OEM make available fan motors to cover all aspects of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. From motors used in low temperature applications through to solutions designed to meet the demands of higher temperature situations OEM have your needs covered. Types of fan motors vary according to the application. OEM stocks the basic multi-fit motors, complete with fan blade and ring mounts, tangental assemblies, axial fan motors through to backward curve fans.
Compressors
Refrigeration compressors are available in a number of designs. Hermetic compressors, scroll compressors, rotary hermetic compressors and semi hermetic compressors (for larger applications_ all form part of the range of compressors stocked by OEM. OEM offers compressors from various manufacturers including Techumseh, Embraco, Cubigel, Danfoss, Emmerson and Bitzer. This ensures that OEM can offer a solution to suit almost all situations.
In Line Components
OEM stocks a comprehensive range of valves, driers, controls and fittings to enable our customers to source complete systems from one supplier. We work with a range of manufacturers including Danfoss, Denaline, Henry, ESK and Manuli amongst others. These are all respected high quality components which, using the buying power of the Beijer Ref groups of companies, can be supplied at very competitive rates.
Copper Tube
In order to connect the compressor, line components and air side heat exchangers together we offer 3 types of copper tube. Traditional copper coils and straight pipe suitable for refrigeration systems and , for high volume production, OEM offers seamless level wound copper coils (LWC). This reduces waste, reduces cost and maximises the use of machines based manufacturing systems. With the introduction of higher pressure natural refrigerants such as CO2, OEM stock a product called K65 which is a high-strength copper-iron alloy specifically designed for these higher pressures. OEM also offers K65 fittings to ensure the whole system is suitable for high pressure refrigerants.
Controls
Every refrigeration or air-conditioning system needs some sort of control and at OEM we supply both mechanical and electronic controllers. There are a large variety of different controllers using varying control logics and our technical team are well placed to assist in identifying the best controller for your application. Manufacturers include Danfoss, Eliwell and Carel.
